🛑 Cancellation Policy
Products sold on www.letsgorides.fr are made to order, based on customer specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
- Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation, modification, or refund can be issued.
- As the products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of proven defect or error.
🧾 Digital Assembly Instructions
- Assembly instructions are provided as digital products (PDF, videos, etc.).
- As per Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds will only be considered if the content is incorrect or unusable.
🛠 Defective Products or Missing Parts
- Customers have 30 days from receipt to report any defects or missing parts.
- It is strongly recommended to check the contents of the package before starting assembly.
- In case of missing or damaged parts, the customer must provide a detailed list including:
- The reference of each part
- Its color
- The quantity missing or damaged
- One free shipment of missing parts per product will be provided. Additional requests may incur handling and shipping fees.
