Cancellation Policy

Products sold on www.letsgorides.fr are made to order, based on customer specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

No Returns or Exchanges

Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation, modification, or refund can be issued.
As the products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of proven defect or error.

Digital Assembly Instructions

Assembly instructions are provided as digital products (PDF, videos, etc.).
As per Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds will only be considered if the content is incorrect or unusable.

Defective Products or Missing Parts

Customers have 30 days from receipt to report any defects or missing parts.
It is strongly recommended to check the contents of the package before starting assembly.
In case of missing or damaged parts, the customer must provide a detailed list including:

The reference of each part
Its color
The quantity missing or damaged

One free shipment of missing parts per product will be provided. Additional requests may incur handling and shipping fees.
